Have you ever wanted to
stay on an uninhabited island
and learn how to survive? - Now is your chance..
Here is what we do:
We will drop
you on an island with enough water, shelter (could be tents) and a few
condiments as garlic, limes, sugar, salt, onions, potatoes or
breadfruits, flour, pots and pans, coffee and tee.
There will
be two people leading the group and everybody will get a role on the
island such as:
- Making a
bonfire and keep it going
- Looking
for wood
- Learning
how to catch fish either spearing or using lines or trawling.
- Making a
fish pot
- Learning
how to clean, scale and prepare fish
- Getting
coconuts from the trees, sea grapes, whelks
- Learning
how to perform in a team
There will be two boats available
- one for
fishing *inflatable
- one for
dropping gear/people * speedboat
Prices
€ 75.- per day/per person all included (Tents, sleeping gear, cutlery
etc.)
There are 4 different
islands, but all are in Grenada. The airport will be Point Salines,
Grenada reached by: British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Excel Airways from
London and Condor from Germany.
Then on
to Carriacou with a high-speed boat catamaran ferry +/- 50 US$ return.
Where I will await you at the ferry jetty. Let the Adventure begin..
Things
you should bring:
* Sun tanning lotion,
insect repellent, books, light clothes sarongs or pareos, towel.
* Good
spirit
Combinations are possible
with the sailing boat.
